READ IT HERE: Independent Review of SBI Forensic Lab
NEW! IDS' Forensic Resources Website
Indigent Defense Services' has launched a new Forensic Resources website. Click here for the IDS Forensic Resources website.

On this website you will find a database of forensic science experts, sample motions, SBI procedures and protocols, and other training materials to support litigation in the area of forensic science evidence.

The website is a work in progress and new resources will continually be added. The website is also a community effort. Many defense attorneys have already provided sample motions, transcripts, information about forensic science experts, and copies of SBI procedures and protocols. The usefulness of this resource depends on attorneys continuing to share motions and information that can help other attorneys challenging the forensic science evidence in their cases.

Please contact Sarah Rackley, IDS' Forensic Resource Counsel, with any comments or questions.
